Today I continued cutting gigolos, trying to get a handle on my episode with not much time left to cut. Then after work I ran four miles in 34 minutes and did my thursday zwow.

In exactly 19 minutes...not bad for not having done it in so long. I'm really proud of myself for sticking to it and finishing.
